Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki finished on the podium and the winners (riding a factory Yamaha YZF R1) were familiar names. From the Endurance World Championship and Japanese motorcycle road racing, Katsuyuki Nakasuga. From FIM World Superbike, Alex Lowes, and from MotoGP, Pol Espargaro. The Nakasuga/Lowes/Espargaro team completed a distance in 8 hours of 218 laps, 788 and a half miles.
