In the Moto 2 race at Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, it was another win for Tito Rabat and Marc VDS Racing. Completing the podium were Maverick Vinales and Johann Zarco.

Neither Sam Lowes nor Simone Corsi completed a lap in the Moto 2 event. Other notable finishers in the top ten included Mika Kallio, Tom Luthi, Mattia Pasini, Ricard Cardus, Axel Pons, Marcel Schrotter, and Anthony West. Nico Terol rounded out the top 20, while riders such as Julian Simon, Takaaki Nakagami, Dominique Aegerter, and Josh Herrin, were scattered through the pack and came across the line.
In Moto 3 action from Catalunya, Alex Marquez won the race followed home in the podium places by Enea Basitanini and Efren Vazquez, who are getting better and better as riders in Moto 3. It's only a matter of time before either of them could be race winners. In fact, most of the bikes and riders finished the Moto 3 event at Catalunya. There were just four who didn't. Sadly, one of the top contenders, (Alex Rins), went out after 18 laps. Hafiq Azmi, and Spanish wildcard rider Maria Herrera, also went out. Niccolo Antonelli didn't even start the race.
Jack Miller, Romano Fenati, Brad Binder, Isaac Vinales, Niklas Ajo, John McPhee, and Francesco Bagnaia, rounded out the top ten.
#12 Alex Marquez ESP. Honda
The next races for Moto 2 and Moto 3, will be the Dutch TT or Tourist Trophy, at the Assen circuit in Holland, coming up in less than two weeks. It will be run on Saturday, June 28th.
