Moto 2 & Moto 3: France

In Moto 2 action at Le Mans, for the intermediate, 600cc class, Tom Luthi emerged the winner at The Bugatti Circuit, over Tito Rabat, and Johann Zarco, who also finished on the podium.  Sam Lowes (who has already won a Moto 2 race this year, back at round two at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas), and Franco Morbidelli, completed the top five.  Rounding out the top ten were Julian Simon, Takaaki Nakagami, Xavier Simeon, Hafizh Syahrin, and Dominique Aegerter.

In all, 26 of the 31 starters, finished, while Luis Salom, Mika Kallio, Jonas Folger, Louis Rossi, and Alex Marquez, were all unclassified finishers.

Moto 3 saw a first-time winner as Italy's Enea Bastianinni, finally won a race!  He was followed on the podium by Isaac Vinales and Miguel Oliveira.  Two more riders who have had competitive seasons to date, (Danny Kent, and Fabio Quartararo), rounded out the top five.  In positions six through ten, were Efren Vazquez, Karel Hanika, Romano Fenati, Livio Loi, and Francesco Bagnaia.

Moto 2 and Moto 3 will next join their brethren in MotoGP, as they always do, in Italy, at the Autodromo del Mugello, in two weeks, at the very end of this month.
